Feras Elkhalil, Managing Partner, cofounded Horizon Recruitment in 2007 and has been a key component of it’s growth, strategy and planning. Feras is an accomplish executive with diverse experience starting and operating a variety of business in the recruitment, consulting and real estate sectors. Feras is committed to providing the highest level of service, and to creating opportunity for each one of our clients and partners.
Feras graduated from BCIT in 1997 then entered the real estate industry for a short period of time before he found the recruitment industry where he excelled as a recruiter, sales professional, founder and executive. Having founded several businesses since 2002 Feras is an entrepreneur at heart and proud of the businesses and opportunities that he’s been a key part of creating. Feras was a recipient of Business in Vancouver’s Forty under 40 awards in 2013. Feras is also a current Cabinet Member with the United Way of the Lower Mainland and has been very active with the organization since 2015.
Feras lives in North Vancouver with his wife and three boys. When Feras isn’t with his family he’s on the leader board at Orange Theory, hosting friends or discovering the next best bottle of fine wine.
