Horizon Recruitment is searching for a Manager, IT Audit to join our publicly traded client in a newly created role. This position will be part of the Finance Team with a focus on IT Audit management. The Manager, IT Audit will be responsible for performing IT audits as per the audit plan and will contribute greatly to the establishment of a overall IT security plan.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal IT audit work and annual reviews for the Company's various subsidiaries including due diligence missions on acquisitions
- Review internal processes and information systems, as well as other special assignments
- Evaluate the reliability and integrity of the IT components of financial and operational information
- Assess compliance with polices, plans, standards, laws and regulations which could have a significant impact on the Company's operations
- Determine the adequacy of measures taken to safeguard Company assets
Requirements:
- CPA designation (CPA, CA, CGA, or CMA) along with a CISA or CISM
- Must have a minimum 3 yrs IT audit experience with large, complex company or consulting firm experience
- A technical versus functional background would be preferred
- Some operational audit experience would be helpful
- Team oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to liaise with the IT team and external consultants and translate technical language
- Strong leadership abilities
Rewards:
- $130,000 - $150,000
